I'm kimberly
You can survive through life, but who wants that? I believe hypnosis is a powerful, evidence-aware path to help you thrive and solve your problems by addressing your limiting emotions, beliefs, and behaviors, especially from long-standing patterns and generational wounds.
My love of hypnosis started with my own healing journey. As an adoptee, I've struggled all my life with abandonment and rejection issues, without even consciously realizing it. These issues have manifested in a variety of subtle ways that keep reappearing as life lessons. Once I realized this, I set out to peel back the layers of the emotional trauma to heal from the inside out.

My exploration and practice of Ayurveda and therapeutic sound brought me a long way to quieting and centering my inner being enough to reflect upon my issues. Yet when I discovered hypnotherapy, my healing excelled by leaps and bounds!
Seeing the difference it made in my own life, I realized "This is it. This is how we get to the core and help people find liberation from their inner suffering."
I believe we're all born perfect, whole, and complete, if only we could remember that. All of our answers are already inside us. My passion is to help you reveal them and guide you from what was to what's next.
When I'm not helping people heal, you'll find me exploring nature, traveling, geeking out on the paranormal and extraterrestrials, spending time with my family and new grandbaby, and pursuing my passion of photography.
