Who I Serve

At Reveal Hypnosis, I’ll guide you through profound transitions so you can move from what was to what’s next. My work centers on three groups who often carry invisible emotional weight: adult adoptees, women ready to break generational patterns, and women in major life transitions seeking renewed identity and purpose.
Accessing the subconscious can be the missing link for rediscovering clarity, agency, and a sense of wholeness that has felt out of reach. I weave sound therapy and Ayurvedic principles into our time together, as it fits each individual, at no added cost.

Adult Adoptees
For an adopted person, adoption is the single most impactful event of your life – period. From the outside, adoption can appear to be a single event, but for many, it’s a lifelong process of seeking belonging and self-definition. Asking questions feels like a lack of gratitude and something to feel guilty about. So we just don’t ask them. But they keep coming up, manifesting in different ways throughout our lives.
Making Peace
With the Unknown
How many years have you spent simultaneously managing gratitude and grief, identity and invisibility? I know that beneath adoption trauma live questions, emotional echoes, or feelings of disconnection that are hard to articulate.

As an adoptee myself, I’ve done this work personally and professionally, and I’m passionate about helping adoptees finally feel grounded, connected, and seen.

Through hypnosis, we gently work with the subconscious to release patterns of self-protection and people-pleasing, create emotional space for the unknowns of your story, and reconnect you with the innate sense of worth that was never lost—only hidden.

The Facts Are Clear
The Preliminary Exploration into Adoption Reunions (PEAR) survey collected responses from 1313 adoptees, first mothers and fathers, and found that adoptees are 35 times more likely to attempt suicide than their non-adopted peers. Real mothers are 37.7 times more likely to attempt suicide than women who did not lose children to adoption. Medium/MDPI.com

Adult adoptees also have significantly higher rates of lifetime substance abuse compared with adults who were not adopted a large U.S. epidemiological dataset. ResearchGate.

Adoption loss is the only trauma in the world where the victims are expected by the whole of society to be grateful.

Generational Trauma Survivors
Family stories run deep, sometimes shaping us in ways we don’t even realize. When you recognize those inherited patterns of dysfunction, criticism, or emotional distance, awareness is only the first step. Breaking generational cycles happens when you learn to respond differently, not just think differently.
Breaking Family Patterns:
Ending Cycles, Not Relationships
Clients come to me after family interactions and say, "I would have been triggered before, but this time something shifted."
That’s the magic of this work: you just don’t react the same way anymore. You finally have choice.

Hypnosis helps uncover the subconscious beliefs driving those reactions – often rooted in protection, loyalty, or survival.
Together, we work to rewrite those inner scripts, allowing you to step into your own story with calm, clarity, and compassion for yourself and the generations that came before.

When we flee our pain, we pass it on. When we face it, we heal and prevent future suffering.

Women In Major Life Transitions
Have you been an achiever all your life, yet feel disillusioned, unfulfilled, or can’t imagine your life after the roles you’ve played are complete? These roles that once defined you may no longer fit, and the question arises: Who am I now? How do I find my purpose?
Redefining What’s Next
I help women reconnect with the truest version of themselves, so their next chapter feels aligned, empowered, and authentic.
We explore all these questions at the deepest level – beyond logic, beyond expectation.
Together, we'll reveal the inner compass that guides your next chapter, helps you find your purpose, and awakens confidence from within.
This isn’t about reinventing yourself – it’s about remembering what lights you up!
